Mat Reynolds grew up in the picturesque town of Lakefield, Ontario, just a hop and a skip from Peterborough. With its cozy, friendly vibe and a summer surge of cottage-goers, Lakefield instilled in Mat a big-hearted love for community and a passion for lending a hand to friends and neighbours. He headed to Fleming College for police foundations, but when color blindness threw a wrench in that plan, he pivoted to his family’s retail business, managing the retail division for over ten years.

Then came the real estate lightbulb moment, all thanks to his superhero big bro and team leader, Jason! While working remotely during the pandemic, they had chats about Jason’s career, and Mat realized real estate was the perfect match for his sales savvy and people-loving spirit. He dove into the real estate world in early 2021, teaming up with Jason and Julianne, and it’s been a wild ride ever since! 

Mat hit the ground running, and his team snagged the Triple Platinum award in 2020, the Double Platinum in 2021, and he even snagged the Rookie of the Year title for KW Energy in Durham!

With over 12 years of sales and management under his belt, Mat is all about building rock-solid relationships with his clients. The cherry on top? Helping them turn their dreams into reality, whether it’s landing that first home or finding a forever nest for the whole family.

When he’s not closing deals, Mat’s a sports fanatic, swinging on the golf course or cheering for his beloved hockey and baseball teams. Family time with his wife and son keeps him grounded, striking that perfect balance in his life!
