Julianne Reynolds brings a lifelong dedication to real estate, a passion deeply rooted in her upbringing in Bancroft, Ontario. Growing up in a small town on a 100-acre property, Julianne developed a strong sense of community and an enduring appreciation for nature. Her background set the foundation for her values of connection, integrity, and the belief in fostering trust with her clients.

Julianne holds a degree in Recreation & Sports Leisure from Fleming College, where she honed her skills in service and communication—qualities that naturally led her to excel in real estate. As the daughter of a respected real estate agent with over 40 years of experience, Julianne grew up immersed in the industry, working alongside her father as a teenager. This early exposure sparked her own journey into real estate, and she has now been a licensed Realtor for five years.

Specializing as a buyer’s agent, Julianne is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), committed to helping clients navigate one of the biggest investments of their lives with confidence and clarity. Outside of real estate, Julianne enjoys spending time at her cottage, boating, and creating memories with her daughter. A fun fact: she was a vegetarian for 31 years!
